You will practice yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga nidra, (yogic sleep), and meditation in this 1h class.
As you explore the subtle energy bodies, you can access your innate deeper healing, to help sooth the nervous system and promote a better sleep.

- Bring a blanket and cushion.
- 6 classes for £42 booked and paid in advance at start of a new course, every 6 weeks
- Drop ins accepted at £8pp once I have minimum numbers for each course
- St Just Institute will be painted 6th and 13th Febraury. Classes will run in St Mawes church hall.
- Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, there is no YogaFlow Relaxation Yoga as the W.I have their monthly meeting.
