Our movement based practices are purposefully gentle and slow in order to create space for developing mindfulness skills ,
ease physical tension, calm the mind and cultivate a kind, compassionate attitude to ourselves and others.
Regular mindful practice of yoga and meditation have been proven to bring lasting positive changes to both physical and mental health.
The fee for classes is by donation – as low as 50p or as high as £6.00 – we believe that this class should be accessible to all , whatever the budget.
