New year morning yoga retreat
I’ll resist using the saying, “New Year, new you” as I expect you are lovely as you are. But New Year is often a time we look to set new intentions, shake off some old habits, start new habits, promise we will take better care of ourselves. Whether you want to try yoga for the first time, want to treat yourself to a longer session for a change, or feel you need some time for TLC, to get your sparkle back, this morning’s retreat should reach the spot.
We’ll spend time working on the breath, which helps us to focus on the body, mind, and energy. There’ll be flowing Hatha movement, and a slower Yin practice, wrapped up with relaxation, to restore balance and energy. Our morning will be rounded off with a wholesome brunch and time to talk to your lovely fellow yogis. There are only 10 spaces available.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. If you have any injuries or medical conditions that might affect your ability to enjoy and practice yoga safely, please do get in touch. I can usually offer options for everyone, but do contact me beforehand so I can reassure you, and make sure I give you my best care on the day.
