Yes to Yoga – classes designed for those new to yoga
New to yoga?Join me for yoga classes designed specifically for those new to yoga or just setting out on their yoga journey. With small (max 10) class sizes, detailed guidance and a warm welcome, Yes to Yoga with Gavin is respectful of traditional yoga values with a mindful connection between body, mind and breath. My intention is to create a non-judgmental environment in which I will guide students through on the early stages of their relationship with yoga or those returning to their mats after a break. The practice that will enable each participant to centre and develop and explore their own practice. Please arrive 10 minutes before the stated class start time. There may be a class running until up to 15 minutes before the start time so please be respectful and if possible delay you arrival in to reception until 10 minutes before your class start time. Thank you. Classes last approximately 60 minutes each. All you need is comfortable discreet attire that will allow you to move freely, water and your favourite mat if you have one. We will provide the rest. Please respect fellow students and ensure that mobile phones are in flight mode throughout the class.
