Yanga Yoga

The sessions taken are in small or larger groups. I encourage anyone who attends the class to do what they can and to listen to their bodies. There is some basic breathing during the session in the postures and at the end of the session. All ages welcome. Children above the age of 14 can attend with an adult or under supervision.
