Strengthens the immune system. We practise with the eyes closed, concentrating within. KY is a combination of breath, movement, mantra and meditation. Working with the energy, moving throughout the body - healing, removing, adjusting, aligning. Balancing mind body and spirit. Every class is different as there are lots of different sets working on specific parts of the body or emotions. It will help you to become more relaxed, energised and able to cope with the stress of every day living.
