Karma Birth

Hi I'm Pippa from Karma Nurture and Karma Birth.  I am a Yoga, Massage and Reiki Practitioner and Doula, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and womens' wellbeing, and I absolutely love my work, and love learning all the time.

I run Active Birth Pregnancy Yoga and birth workshops, postnatal yoga and baby massage, and offer treatments and Doula support services from 2nd trimester through to when your baby is 2 years old.  In beautiful North Bedfordshire villages; Biddenham, Oakley and Brogborough.

For those who have children older than that (or have no children), I offer massage and reiki treatments and women's-wellbeing yoga.

I love to create a very special and safe space for people to feel relaxed and let go of tension; within our bodies and our minds, to help feel more positive, whatever life stage you are at.  To feel more connected.

With a specialist knowledge around the childbirth year, I can also offer alot of support and information to help you navigate this amazing journey.
