What a beautiful building! A really lovely space for Yoga, although they offer many more classes than that. They also have therapy rooms where I enjoyed an excellent hot stone massage. I’m booked in for a herbal facial with Beth the resident herbalist. The cafe does fantastic vegetarian food and gorgeous cakes. Highly recommended.

I’m just a beginner to yoga but I’ve done the kundilini and haitha yoga and really enoyed it. I’ll try the Anusara yoga when it starts. Its a really beautiful space to do yoga and the vege cafe is amazing as well.
