Hatha yoga classes are offered using classical poses combining breath and movement plus concentration, meditation, Pranayama and visualisation. Classes start with warm ups, move to poses, (asanas) and wind down with Pranayama, concentration or meditation finishing with visualisation and deep relaxation.
