Classes take place across Bedfordshire - near Potton and in Southill. Beginners are welcome. Practice is designed to develop awareness in students of breath, body and mental habits. Outcomes will be increased strength and flexibility of body, mind and breath; greater energy; more relaxation; and overall an enhanced feeling of well-being.
Beginners are welcome as are more experienced students.
One-to-one lessons are also available for students who prefer working in the way that yoga was designed to be taught. A one-to-one lesson enables for the practice to be more specifically tailored to meet the individual\\\'s needs. It is particularly beneficial for students who have specific needs they are looking for yoga to help them with; students who find it difficult to commit to a regular class; and students who are seeking personal development through their yoga study.
