We offer educational courses and classes in and around Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire area. Om Yoga school U.K. is a centre of excellence and training school, recognised by yoga alliance for providing quality education services in yoga training.

Our aim is to help students create independence in practice based on educating themselves on their own nature. This nature within us is exclusive to our own collection of energy and can be identified and directed with knowledge, gained through self study using yoga.
