As the mother of three children I have a very busy lifestyle, and Yoga offers balance and equilibrium into it. It was breathwork that had the initial impact upon me, mentally and physically, so I value its immense power and importance. I equally love the physical side. I have been teaching since 2006. I appreciate that everybody's body is different, and I encourage my students to explore their own limitations at their own pace. My aim is for my students to benefit from both asana and pranayama as I do; to build strength, flexibility and endurance, whilst rejuvenating, uplifting and energising, yet calming and balancing the mind. I also want them to enjoy my classes, feel safe and have fun! I pride myself on having a therapeutic approach and love addressing any aches or issues that are brought to my classes, knowing that my clients leave having benefitted directly from their yoga practice.
