Meditation and mindful movement in Berkshire by Jon Murphy. ZenYo is my combination of Zen, Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Qigong for a relaxed, open awareness of life. Classes focus on practical results and work with what the body can already do, rather than reaching for unattainable goals. This approach allows us to experience happiness in the now and find additional flexibility along the way.
Classes are small and relaxed and held in the WI Hall on Friday evenings 6:45-8pm.
In addition to weekly classes, ZenYo also offers 8-week online and live Zen meditation course for beginners and more advanced students.
