About Natasha Power Yoga
Soul Sanctuary trained founder, Natasha Straw, is a dedicated Yoga Teacher whose staple is creating a warm, welcoming, safe atmosphere for students where they feel free to learn, confident to try and feed the urge to challenge themselves. All the while remaining completely free from judgement. We focus on giving personal attention to each and every student, making classes accessible for all levels, and building a community of yogi friends who always look forward to coming back to their next classes – everyone is welcome!
We specialise in Vinyasa Flow: a flowing sequence of yoga poses to help build physical strength, gain flexibility, improve or prevent muscular problems and help correct posture alignment. This practice also allows space and time to de-stress and look after our own well being. We like to focus on the psychology and spirituality of yoga as well as the physical benefits yoga brings to our bodies.
Yoga is for everybody! We have a list of local venues in Maidenhead, Cookham, Holyport and Windsor – outdoor classes take place in the summer on the river bank of one of our exclusive venues.
