The practice teaches us to be present and to unite movement with breath. Creating stillness of mind, helps us to disconnect from the outside and connect to the inside.
When we practice self-care of this sort, we can learn to love our bodies and learn how to manage stress.
Join us for accessible classes with self-care at their core. Elaine helps you to connect with your inner healer: breath. Classes involve guided meditation, hatha yoga sequences and gong relaxation.
