Beth has been practicing yoga since 1990 and qualififed as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher 18 years ago. Her popular classes have been running in Newbury, Hungerford, and Wantage for over 18 years and she still has many of her original attendees. Yoga is a fantastic way to improve your strength, flexibility and find inner calm. Classes focus upon hatha yoga postures, some woven together in yoga flows, other held. The is also an emphasis on building core abdominal strength, yoga breathing practices and relaxation techniques. The classes are suitable for all levels. Newcomers are very welcome.
