You will receive guidance on how to practice and relax in each position, incorporate conscious breathing and progress comfortably at your own pace.
I encourage to practice yoga with closed eyes when possible to create a deep connection with your body and mind and to be able to relax fully in each posture without forcing yourself into discomfort.
Yoga sessions are based on a holistic spiritual practice, more than purely a physical workout. The practice combines all aspects - physical, mental and spiritual.
My aim is to share the pure essence and benefits of yoga and a healthy approach to life with everyone, no matter their age, size, background or condition.
Benefits of each posture are explained during the session and you also receive a weekly email helping you to remember postures we practice during the sessions and all their benefits.
Most of my classes are small of max. 8 students so I can provide personal guidance if necessary and give everyone equal attention.
Everybody can practise Yoga and I will encourage you to bring it into your life.
Having practised Yoga and meditation for twelve years, I’ve gradually transitioned from the corporate world working in IT with Microsoft software to teaching Yoga in Reading for all levels of ability. I've benefited so much from being present and practising yoga, I believe you can too.
