Lavender Life Yoga is a term time yoga class that helps you to breath, stretch, strengthen and relax. It is mindful, gentle and restorative. A safe haven for you in a busy world.
Candlelight yoga is held on a Friday evening, helping you to unwind from a busy week so that you are able to fully enjoy the weekend.
Pregnancy yoga is an ideal way for you to exercise in a safe way, as well as connect and bond with your baby. Tips for birth and optimal fetal positioning will be covered.
Mother & Baby yoga is for both of you. Baby will be treated to some yoga stretches and massage techniques, and for mummy techniques for recovery post birth, knitting the muscles back together after diastasis recti. Mothers are welcome to feed, change and cuddle their babies throughout the session. Multiples welcome, please email beforehand.
