Mixed ability breath and alignment based classes offering the mind space to focus into whats going on moment to moment rather than pulling away. Yoga is a lot of thing (defined and understood in many ways) .. one thing – an opportunity to reconnect with the body and the breath. When we give ourselves space to breath we can disentangle from thoughts we might be caught up with, de-aggrivate and facilitate the cultivation of presence of mind. This allows us to meet experiences and challenges with greater skill and compassion, Classes include postures and relaxation.
