DNC Yoga Studio

DNC Studio is a hub for Indian dance & Yoga in Berkshire. Located in the heart of Slough, the studio run regular classes for men & women of all levels to study all aspects of Yoga. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome, to learn postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation/meditation.

Regular classes will improve balance, flexibility, core strength and bring balance and harmony to your mind.

The studio is spacious and airy, with large mirrors and black/white colour scheme. The lights are dimmed, incense sticks are lit and instrumental music is played throughout each session. There is free parking on site and complimentary tea/coffee is offered to all students.

The teachers are all highly qualified and experienced, offering a holistic, hands-on approach. Students are frequently corrected to ensure they are doing the postures correctly. During relaxation, a gentle head massage / Reiki healing is given.
