I encourage everyone to work at their own pace and develop a sound awareness of their body in a friendly, nurturing, encouraging environment.
I am currently also studying for a Degree in Ayurveda Healthcare with the College of Ayurveda (UK). This programme is the most comprehensive in the field of Ayurveda in the UK and the curriculum is based on the World Health Organisation's benchmarks for training in the UK (2010).
When Yoga and Ayurveda are used together, we find a more natural, therapeutic way to care for ourselves.
