Therapies of Nature. Meena Kalsi

Meena is a successful Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Therapist living in Windsor who uses holistic therapies such as Ayurvedic Acupuncture, Ayurvedic Massage, Yoga Therapy, Diet and Nutrition Advice and Herbal Medicine on clients.

Meena is currently finishing her thesis for an MSc in Yoga Therapy with SVYASA Yoga University and Research Facility with Dr Nagendra. The University provides an in patient facility to care of its patients using Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy and Ayurveda alongside conventional medicine.
It offers scientific research and evidence into the efficacy of Yoga and Ayurveda on health.

Meena thrives on seeing her clients in a one to one setting in her home clinic and helping them to regain their health and not just fix the symptoms.
When not seeing clients, Meena is busy working for community projects in the London Borough of Hounslow and its affiliates providing Yoga and Wellbeing courses.
