Amy supports and gives students her full attention, encouraging them to feel the pose, feel the yoga and most importantly, work with how their body naturally wants to move. Focusing on their space and unique expression of the practice to reveal and reach their full potential. Emphasis is placed on the individual’s needs and desires on that given day and how their body feels. Attention is on alignment and integrity of the practice while honouring the body. With every inhale we lift and lengthen, with every exhale we explore and discover.
Amy’s style rises from Vinyasa roots with a fusion of Hatha Yoga; a beautiful expression of the body & breath working in harmony. As we move, we breathe, we sweat, we play and we learn. Physically leaving us refreshed and recharged. Mentally leaving us relaxed and ready for anything.
Above all, whatever you need, whether it’s a sweaty, powerful practice, to take it slower but strong or go deep and delicious, you will be guided and supported to play more on the outside to dive deeper on the inside.
