Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice combining breath work, postures, meditation and mantra to bring balance to mind, body and spirit. It is known as the yoga of awareness for the enhanced clarity it brings to people’s lives.
This is a weekly Kundalini Yoga and meditation class in Woolhampton.
When: Every Wednesday 7.30-9.00pm
Where: Woolhampton Village Hall, Bath Road, Woolhampton RG7 5RE
How much: £14 drop-in or £62.50 for a 5 class pass (i.e., £12.50 per class – to be used within 8 weeks)
What to bring: Yoga mat (a few spares are available for newcomers who wish to try a class before buying a mat) and blanket/shawl for the relaxation
The class is taught by Juliet Russell-Roberts (Rajdev Indra Kaur) - writer, healer and therapist, trained in a variety of therapeutic/healing modalities including Kundalini Yoga, Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Shamanic Healing. Her aim is to help individuals get back in touch with their inner core and to reach their full potential in life.
Juliet also teaches 1-2-1s and tailored group classes in the Reading, Newbury and Aldermaston areas of Berkshire and carries out regular workshops combining all her trainings.
