I have been practicing since 1993 and teaching since 2004. I am passionate about sharing my understanding of yoga and the many benefits it can offer. My love of yoga grew from a very difficult time in my life and has blossomed into something beautiful.
Yoga is a great stress reliever and clams and soothes while strengthening and releasing physical tension.
I specialised in pregnancy yoga before and during my subsequent pregnancies and it is so rewarding to teach and practice. A wonderful way to embrace the many changes ones body and being goes through.
I continued to study postnatal yoga and have taught both mother and baby as well as just mothers yoga. The emphasis is on core strength and pelvic stability, all the while focusing on the breath, strengthening the body and releasing tension.. It\\\'s also a great hour of \\\"me time\\\"
