Through Yoga and Pilates we will challenge and strengthen the deep postural muscles, we will remove all locks and tightness and allow our bodies to feel once again free and light.
The Yoga practice will incorporate some gentle movements to get our joints ready for the work ahead, some sun salutations, postures and breath work and end with a beautiful relation. Open to everyone. It's a non-competitive and safe place to be and students are encouraged to make the session work for them.
The Pilates classes will work on posture and aim at strengthening the deep postural muscles. There are 2 different classes. The first aims at people with mild back issues or wanting to improve their fitness, stamina and strength. The second is a mat-hair based remedial Pilates class that works with people that might not be able to work on a mat and join a general class. Small class to ensure full attention.
