About Walk the Redpath

Each and every one of us has a Unique and Special Gift to share in a way that nobody else in the entire world can share. It is innate within many of us to need to belong and have a sense of purpose. Although ultimately the purpose of life is to simply be who we are, in each moment. This is the irony. Yoga is more than a physical exercise, it takes us on a Journey to let go of who we are not, to Realise All that we are. The Gold, the Treasure, is in the unfolding, to be compassionate with ourselves and others along the way, because what is below our feet is equally valuable to what we see on the horizon. The key is learn to love it all. Life is our Learning Ground and our Playground and so I focus on "bite size" yoga for busy lives, whilst teaching longer practices for those that have more time.
