About Walk the Redpath

Walk the Red Path is a path to Self-Mastery.  Once we take back our power and realise it is our individual self that is in the driving seat, and nobody else, we can create a more joyful, creative and fulfilling life.

Walk the Redpath offers Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and The Six Pillars to Stepping into your Magnificence.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yogic science that creates shifts in the body and mind through breath, movement, posture, mantra and meditation.  It changes the chemistry in the brain to create lasting shifts.  It is only when we change the inner that we can change the outer. Kundalini Yoga is for every body, no previous experience needed.

Yoga Nidra offers a practice for those that wish to experience yoga through stillness.  The mind remains alert whilst the body goes to sleep.  Through a rotation of consciousness, the body moves into a hypnagogic state for deep relaxation and healing.  It is in this state that deeper healing can occur.

Walk the Red Path offers classes in north Bristol.  Sometimes we feel the need for more individual attention. Kundalini Yoga can be used as a therapeutic tool to heal specific physical, mental or emotional blocks.

The Six Pillars to Stepping into your Magnificence invites you on a journey that gives you the tools to take charge of your daily life to become the change you seek.  Through simply inviting change, we shift our perspective to bring in new and exciting opportunities.

Sometimes we all need a helping hand.  Walk the Redpath offers Sow the Seed 1-1 sessions.  In a short time, through a process of self-inquiry, we can change our perspective.  One small shift in perspective creates a ripple effect on our whole life.

From the Canford Lane cemetery sign, count 3 lamp posts on your left to see a white "Cherry Orchards" sign. Turn right, follow the drive and S bend up to the house.

Opening Times

Weekly classes Wednesdays 7-830 pm
Meet at the top of the drive by 655pm prompt.
