\GROUP CLASSES - Working with yoga postures, or asanas, we strengthen and tone the body and regulate its physical systems. Working with the breath we deepen the relationship with our yoga practice helping to focus and still the mind for meditation.
INDIVIDUAL YOGA LESSONS - Regular individual tuition is aimed at developing a personal home practice which is designed to meet a person\'s specific interests and needs. For therapy, restoration or exploration of yoga.
YOGA for PREGNANCY - Create space for you and your baby
We use gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditative techniques to help to improve and maintain physical health,
develop a relaxed and peaceful mind,
and prepare for childbirth and motherhood.
POST-NATAL YOGA - Yoga for you and your baby
Gentle yoga practices for your body, breath and mind to help: regain physical strength and stamina; to calm and relax or energise and
re-vitalise; and to nurture and support you and your baby.
