About Maata Yoga
All of the classes are based on the traditional Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, following the teaching of revered Guru Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra.
Through the flow of pose sequences, the body is flexed and stretched, allowing to bring the energy back into balance and calm the restless mind, energising and nourishing the practitioner.
Flow Yoga combines a tough physical workout with a strong inward focus, increasing the practitioner’s flexibility, stamina, strength and concentration.

Great teacher! Ola creates a really nice relaxing athmosphere in her classes so it is really nice to take time out for yourself to relax and do yoga at a level that suits. Def recommend 🙂
