Deeper into Yoga with Michaela Palmer.
Yoga classes with me are welcoming to all levels of fitness and experience. I establish the breath as the starting point for physical movement and encourage good alignment in the postures. Depending on your needs, you will be supported to build strength and/or flexibility. I introduce any new postures step-by-step, and suggest a number of suitable variations that tailor the practice to your personal needs. Yoga teachings and philosophy provide the necessary context and focus point for the practice. The sessions end with a deeper focus on the breath.
My own yoga practice has developed over many years, fostered by some inspirational Iyengar, Ashtanga and Viniyoga teachers. I hold a British Wheel of Yoga 3-year Teaching Diploma and a REPS L3 Exercise Referral Diploma.
