NCT Yoga classes suitable from 12 weeks onwards – no need to have done yoga before. Gentle yoga stretches, breathing & relaxation techniques plus time to discuss various topics about pregnancy, labour, birth and early postnatal period.
Can help improve sleep, reduce aches and pains, increase flexibility, improve posture and body awareness – building women’s confidence in themselves and their bodies.
