About Hatha Flow Yoga in Clevedon
I trained in Nepal and India and I am certified by the International Yoga Alliance. I believe wholly in the benefits of Yoga to both body and mind and want to make Yoga accessible to all regardless of shape, size, age- all levels welcome. Hatha Flow Yoga classes aim to be both energising and affirmative, connecting breath to movement. Classes are a chance to honour yourself, listen to your body and stop and breathe.
