I practice Hatha Yoga and Mindful Yoga focusing on very easy poses. Each pose is held for a couple of seconds to stretch each muscle group. I focus mainly on the correct breathing technique through out each session focusing on any stress and anxiety factors in your body. My sessions are mainly for beginners as I have only been teaching for 2 months and would like to grow with each student.
My background is of a professional dancer, personal fitness instructor and Zumba Fitness Instructor. I chose to instruct Hatha Yoga as it works solely on your inner body strength both physically and spiritually.
I end my sessions with a 5 minute Tai Chi routine and 10 minutes of deep meditation to ease and relax your mind.
