I like to be creative with all of my classes which vary from strong, fiery Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes to gentle Hatha flow and meditative, peaceful Yin yoga classes.
There is always a class suitable for your needs, group sessions or private classes.
With yoga we get to explore our bodies, inside and out. Learning to understand how we think and feel as well as how we move. Exercising our minds is as fundamental as exercising our bodies and with yoga we can achieve both.
