Weekly yoga classes with a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with over 40 years of yoga experience and 18 years of teaching experience.
Classes are suitable for adults of all abilities, and are designed to build strength and flexibility, improve balance and co-ordination, relieve stress and everyday aches and pains to improve overall health and well being.
Classes include postures, breathing and relaxation to calm body and mind.
Weekly sessions are held in Hazlemere, Naphill, Frieth, Beaconsfield and Stoke Poges.
Classes continue through the summer break in Stoke Poges and Hazlemere.
Morning workshops throughout the year in Frieth nr Henley-on-Thames.
