A Yoga Sanctuary

Two gorgeous Yoga classes on a Monday and Wednesday evening, held at the Yoga Sanctuary Hall in central HW.

This space is not your usual community Centre or village Hall. This hall is simply, stunning; with high vaulted ceilings, underfloor heating, carpeted floors, stained glass windows which throw beautiful colour into the hall on a sunny day. Plenty of free parking onsite and plenty of room inside the hall. It feels like a real treat to practice Yoga here.

* Mondays classes are very special. Gentle Yoga by candlelight, with mudras, mantras, essential oils and a guided visualisation meditation, along with a little sound therapy (think tibetan singing bowls, chimes etc). 'The equivalent to spending a day at the spa', according to one participant. Bring blankets, cushions and eye pillows to make your experience more relaxing. Often gets booked up in advance, so do book ahead. Great for beginners. All welcome. 7.15-8.30pm. Broadcast Live from the hall so a zoom link is also available to practice online from the comfort of your own home too..

* Wednesday evening classes are 'utterly joyful' with Breath work, Yoga, Smiles and a little Meditation to bring you an evening of joy, uplift and balance. Walk-in....float-out. A great mid-way reset to the week.
All welcome, including beginners. 7.15-8.30pm. Broadcast Live from the hall so a zoom link is also available.

* Saturday Morning Slow flow yoga 9-10am on Zoom. A gentle Yoga class with breath work to connect mind and body, yoga poses to energise and release and a guided meditation to bring balance and harmony.

*Look out for their very special Yoga weekend retreats, Summer Day retreats, workshops and special events. Email and request to be placed on their mailing list to ensure you don't miss out, these events are very popular and often held in incredible venues.

Classes are £12 per session (or £10 on-line via zoom), in the beautiful Sanctuary Hall. Advance booking essential.
