Class Descriptions:

Yoga makes the body strong and flexible, as well as improving the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. Various styles available.

Pilates focuses on alignment, breathing, the development of core strength, and improvement to coordination and balance.

Tai Chi is a gentle way to fight stress based on the ancient Chinese martial-art method of self-healing through the use of breath and movement.

Feldenkrais offers a unique and practical way to improve functional movement and at the same time remove tension and muscular pain. Do you play a sport but can’t afford your own physio? – this is the class for you.
