Welcome to my beautiful home studio: all classes are tailored to suit the needs of the individual student from beginners to those more experienced. Emphasis is placed on correct alignment (adjusting when necessary) with a sense of steadiness and ease when moving the body into a particular asana/posture. Sometimes I do flowing sequences of movements synchronised with the breath to suit the group. Pranayama and meditation are incorporated into the practice.
