About Treat Yourself To Yoga
My name is Louise. I have been practicing yoga for many years. I am very keen to share my enthusiasm for yoga as it can have such a positive impact on our lives. Practice in my classes is very individual, Students are encouraged to listen to their body and work in a mindful way.
In these classes you will have the opportunity to;
• Warm up
• Practice some Hatha yoga poses
• Practice some breathing exercises.
What are the benefits of yoga?
Yoga practice offers quality time when you can put aside the stresses of everyday life and really enjoy being in the present moment. You can learn to listen to your body, working with it rather than against it.

You will need to wear loose clothes, leggings or jogging pants with a loose top. Mats and equipment are provided but bring your own if you prefer. Most sessions will be barefoot or you can wear yoga socks which are non slip.
The cost is £7.00 per class. Call me to check there are spaces.
Classes take place Wednesday and Friday evenings (starting 06.02.15)
