Baby Bumpkin classes are fun, yoga inspired sessions, designed to encourage movement and enhance development. The sessions focus on the “well being” of the baby, providing a firm foundation for social, emotional and physical confidence.

The programme has been designed by educationalists, paediatric physiotherapists, musicians and yoga teachers, ensuring the creative, fun sessions are based around sound principals of child development. The programme is aligned to the EYFS framework.

These classes are great fun and involve playful activities giving carers ideas and tools to engage with baby and help you to be aware of your babies moods. We also cover massage and are able to help with a variety of issues facing parents of babies – including sleep and colic.

Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks to walking.
