Love Alison’s classes, she develops a theme over the 5 – 6 weeks half-term of sessions, which enables me to benefit from deepening practice the poses over time. The poses are approachable for all and adapted if needed. I’ve returned to yoga after a back injury (not yoga related) and Alison is the only teacher I have trusted so far to let me practice as I need to accommodate my recovery.
