Kai originally came from Hongkong, where she started practicing Yoga about 5 years ago. She has completed an intensive yoga teacher training at The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and became a fully qualified as a yoga instructor in 2017. Since then she has also gained further training in pregnancy yoga.
Kaivalya yoga studio offers classic and traditional Hatha (Sivananda) Yoga. This yoga style is gentle, and a slow-paced yoga practice. Sivananda yoga focus not only on asanas (steady postures), but also on meditation, breathing exercise (Pranayama), and Savasana (relaxation).
