Friendly Iyengar yoga class open to all levels: £7 per class for 6 classes or £8.50 drop-in.
Whether you're new to yoga, or looking to improve your technique, Iyengar Yoga is a great way to boost your well-being, increase flexibility, build strength and relieve stress. With a focus on healthy alignment and technique you will be guided to work to your best ability whatever your level and no matter how flexible you are. After stretching the body through a range of different postures - standing, sitting, twists etc. - we usually end the class with 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation so you can leave feeling energized and relaxed.
No experience necessary. Complete beginners welcome. Equipment and mats provided.
