I teach a gentle, systematic form of hatha yoga and my classes include asana (physical practises), pranayama (breathwork) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). As the classes progress other elements of yoga are introduced, including meditation, mudra, bandha and yogic philosophy and physiology.
My Family Yoga classes are fun, engaging and open to all ages and abilities.
Currently my children's classes are open to St Philips children only, however there will be more being set up in the future.
