Secret Yoga Cambridge

I teach a small, friendly open-level class at the Unitarian Church Hall in Cambridge every Tuesday evening and one to one classes for beginners and those looking to develop a deeper practice. I also teach at events and conferences and teach Workplace Yoga in person or online.

After nearly two decades of exploring many styles and forms of yoga, I qualified as a teacher in 2018. Since then I have attended further training, workshops and retreats, learning from many disciplines and styles but always with a focus on evidence-based techniques and accessibility.
