Hi, we (Promila, Dharambir Dhillon and Geeta Dhull) are teaching Beginners Yoga, Hatha yoga (Cleansing, Postures-Asanas, Breathing, Practices leading to Meditation, Yoga Nidra-Psychic Sleep),  Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga and Pranayama-Meditation in and around Cambridge-UK. We are taking IN-PERSON sessions at The Fulbourn Centre and William Collyn Community Centre-Girton and teach ONLINE as well. We are also available for private yoga sessions at your end around Cambirgde. We (Dharambir, Promila and Geeta) have done multiple courses from National Institite of Yoga-New Delhi and 200 Hrs Yoga Alliance TTC as well.

We believe yoga is not limited to mere postures at physical level and is not just body bending business, it is overall development at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level and taking fully charge of yourself.

Balance about energy, thoughts, emotions, behaviour, happiness and blissfulness are the commen outcomes of yoga. Regular practice of yoga leads to good health, dynamism, happiness, rejuvenation, vividness, prosperity and well-being

Vedanta Wellness founders are highly professional and provide proper step by step guidance for entry to the holistic developement of our body and mind. Dharambir is having vast knowledge and experience in imparting yoga teachings at diffent levels. I would highly recomment them for their services.

I warmly recommend to attend this
very good yoga class. The teachers take time to correct and help their students. Some
breathing techniques and relaxations-meditation sessions are part of this class too, which I found extremely helpful to slow down the paste of my life and reduce stress. This class is definitely good value for your money.

Challenging but supportive vinyasa flow classes. Classes are well sequenced and develop week on week. Classes include meditation and pranayama work. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I have been attending Vedantawellness Yoga sessions since September 2020. It was the first time I’ve ever participated in a yoga class. As a mature person I was a little worried before I started but I found the class friendly and not intimidating. The tutor is very professional and good at explaining each movement. He explains the benefit of the different positions as well as encouraging you to progress forward. The breathing exercises are extremely relaxing and beneficial . I feel more confident in my body as I become more flexible.
