Gentle hatha yoga classes focus on physical postures and breathing exercises.
Suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience wishing to look at the poses in more detail.
Yoga is a way of learning to focus completely on the present moment, to bring the mind to a state of restfulness. We do this by linking our breath to each movement, bringing our full attention to what we're doing. At the same time, yoga postures are excellent for increasing strength, flexibility and coordination in the body.
