Yoga2

Yoga2 is a new concept in yoga teaching as the format enables us to work together to support a range of abilities and needs in yoga. We are both British Wheel of Yoga trained and have between us many years of yoga experience.

We teach classic Hatha yoga, building up postures carefully and safely, before incorporating them into short breath-led sequences, which help develop strength, flexibility and well-being in mind, body and spirit.

Currently we run classes at Duxford Community Centre.
