What to expect:
The styles of Yoga I teach are Yin & Yang and a Mindful Hatha-Flow. The classes focus on building stability, energy, mind + body connection and with a fun-loving feel.
My teachings are very much from the heart and I endeavor to offer classes which stay true to their Indian roots: posture, breath and meditation. I aim to provide classes which are authentic and harmonious as possible. Yoga can help you to be present, relaxed and calms your mind.
I first tried Yoga 16 years ago after hearing about the benefits of breath regulation and increased wellbeing after trying to manage bouts of anxiety. I found that Yoga quickly became a big part of my life and contributed to my health and wellbeing. I started to explore many different styles ranging from Sivananda, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin & Yang, Vinyasa to Restorative Yoga which deepened my love for the practice even more!
In 2012 I completed a foundational Yoga course in Cambridge and then completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Simon Low at The Yoga Academy in 2015.
I have trained up to a total of 292 hours with The Yoga Academy and 20 hours with The Trauma Clinic for Trauma Sensitive Yoga and I am fully insured under Yoga Alliance UK.
