Rebecca’s own philosophy and classes create an entire experience of ‘mindfulness with movement’. Strategic sequencing is designed to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue.
Dynamic Flow Tuesday’s 19:30-20:30
Dynamic Flow is open to all levels and will include a variety of postures ‘yang & yin’, amalgamated into sequences to activate your energy flow generating heat and increased circulation. Moving mindfully with the harmony of your breath and body to allow you to grow at whatever stage your practice may be at.
Soft Flow Fridays 09:30-10:30
Soft Flow is open to all levels and is more of a relaxed flow with more input and time spent in each asana (posture). Mindfully flowing through each asana allowing more time for you to stretch into your body, oil your joints and unblocking energy. This class is great if you a looking for a slower/ deeper practice and a great entry point for 1st time yogis!
Open Flow Saturday’s 09:00-10:00
Open Flow is open to all levels. The class journey will freely flow across a gentle blend of dynamic and soft flow. Mindfulness through movement, the most perfect way to wake up the body on a weekend. Release your weeks burdens and fatigue and start your weekend with new eyes and energy.
